The fund supports artists, artist groups, or art initiatives through the funds it generates. The support is provided immediately after the jury has approved the application, without any deductions or further conditions. The artists who benefit from the fund will also have the opportunity to use the digital infrastructure of the PArt Platform for their own exhibition<\/span> project. The PArt fund is supported by three pillars: the proceeds from the charity auction, a share of the revenue from the galleries benefiting from sales, and by individual donations.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Any artist who is negatively affected by consequences of the crisis in the context of the Corona Pandemic can apply to the platform in order to receive support, either in the form of their participation in an exhibition and\/or monetary support from the fund.<\/p>\n

    Johann K\u00f6nig is considered a pop star among gallery owners. The K\u00d6NIG GALERIE represents about 40 internationally established as well as emerging artists. Its headquarters are located in Berlin, in the former brutalist church of St. Agnes. In 2017 he opened K\u00d6NIG LONDON and in 2019 K\u00d6NIG TOKYO Gallery.

    Dr. Ren\u00e9 Scheu is head of the feature section of the Neue Z\u00fcrcher Zeitung.     Georgina Pope grew up in rural Australia and has lived in Berlin since 2011. Georgina is the Curator of\u00a0Independent Collectors<\/em>\u00a0– the largest global guide to private collections of contemporary art, structured as a non-commercial and 100% public platform. Georgina has worked as a Supervisor and Art Mediator at the Boros Collection, Bunker Berlin for the past five years.     Daniel Richter lives and works in Berlin and Vienna. He is considered one of the most influential artists of his generation. Since\u00a0the late 1990s, his paintings have been celebrated in museum exhibitions and he has received numerous prizes and awards for\u00a0his work. Since 2006 Richter has been teaching at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_testimonial][et_pb_testimonial author=”Leiko Ikemura” job_title=”Artist” portrait_url=”https:\/\/producersart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/page2image20008400.png” _builder_version=”4.4.7″ global_colors_info=”{}”]\n

    Leiko Ikemura, born in Japan and lives and works in Berlin and Cologne. From 1991 to 2015 she taught as professor of painting at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK), and since 2014 she has held an honoris causa professorship at the Joshibi University of Art and Design, Kanagawa, Japan. Museums and institutions worldwide have dedicated solo exhibitions to her, including the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo (2011), the Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe (2013) and the Museum of East Asian Art, Cologne (2015\/2016).     Markus Eisenbeis runs the Van Ham auction house founded by his mother in 1959. From 1989 to 1991, he trained as a banker at Sal. Oppenheim in Cologne.     Prof. Dr. Thomas Girst is responsible for the BMW Group’s international cultural commitment. In 2016, he was named “European Cultural Manager of the Year”. The former TAZ cultural correspondent teaches at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and the ZHAW Zurich, among others.     Florian Illies, born in 1971, loves art and literature with great passion – first during his studies in Bonn and Oxford, then at the “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung”, as co-founder of the art magazine “Monopol” and later as head of the feuilleton of the “Zeit” and as head of literature.     Art producers fund<\/h3>\n

    Any artist who is negatively affected by exhibition cancellations or postponements in the context of the Corona pandemic can apply to join the platform. Applicants who are selected by our jury will be supported by the fund. All donations will directly support the PArt platform and PArt fund.<\/p>\n

    • Even as little as 15 euros help, as they enable the purchase of supplies such as paint.<\/li>\n
    • With a donation of 50 euros, an artist can already purchase one square meter of canvas on which a masterpiece could be created.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Your donation of 100 euros makes an important contribution towards the acquisition of working materials and tools.<\/li>\n
    • Your contribution of 500 euros finances the studio rent of an artist for one month.<\/li>\n
